Our service agreement not only meets the necessary requirements and recommendations of most generator manufacturers, but also provides you with three flexible options to choose from: Elite Service, Elite Plus Service, and Premier Service. Each option provides you with peace of mind that your generator will be properly maintained to run at full capacity, prioritizing 24-hour service.
We'll check to make sure your home's or business's generator has no visible signs of wear. This also includes the plumbing and electrical connections, cleaning the unit, and ensuring all switches are in the proper position.
To make sure the unit will run at full potential, we'll carefully examine all the elements necessary for operation including inspecting the oil, coolant, and exhaust for leaks; checking the battery system, turbocharger (if necessary), engine governor and oil gage; looking for any abnormal vibrations and/or noise; adjusting voltage if necessary; and testing the engine safety shutdown.
In addition to the general appearance and operation of the unit, we'll also check more specific elements of your generator such as the lube oil system, engine fuel, air filter, starting, ignition and exhaust systems, cooling systems, transfer switch and main alternator, and electrical.
Our maintenance agreement also includes all labor chargers, material (i.e. for oil or oil filter) and disposal costs unless otherwise specified in the plan. Some exceptions apply.
This preventative maintenance agreement includes all labor charges for routine maintenance associated with complete system inspections and adjustments, oil changes, and transfer tests unless otherwise specified by the plan level. All material costs associated with oil changes (oil, oil filter, oil filter seal) are included. Labor and material costs for additional services may vary among plan levels.
This maintenance contract includes all costs associated with proper disposal of all used oils, lubricants, coolants, and filters. All labor and material charges for services other than routine maintenance described above, such as a required repair, are not included in this maintenance agreement. With customer authorization, these costs are invoiced on a time and material basis, less plan discounts, upon job completion unless otherwise specified in the standard service terms and conditions.
Our Preventative Maintenance (PM) Agreement renews from term to term with cancellation by either party with 30-day written notice. This service plan is for gaseous spark-ignited residential and commercial applications. Plans are available for diesel and industrial applications per quotation. Repairs required outside of the scope of this service, with customer authorization, are billed on a time and material basis less plan discounts at shop rates of $100.00/hr. Our 24-hour emergency services are available for Sales and PM customers. Surcharges may apply during times of immediate fuel inflation. Our Standard Service Terms and Conditions apply.
